• Rep. Bolden was one of three votes that blocked a renters’ right-to-counsel bill in committee, leaving low-income tenants without legal help when landlords moved to evict them.

• Michelle Booker believes Delaware should crack down on predatory lenders who trap working families in debt cycles with triple-digit interest rates.

• Rep. Bolden voted no on HB 289 which was a bipartisan law cracking down on predatory payday loans, which carried interest rates well over 400%.

• Michelle Booker supports housing that's actually affordable for the families who want to live here — and protecting longtime homeowners from being pushed out of their own neighborhood.

• Rep. Bolden was a lead sponsor of HB 458, an eminent-domain expansion that could be used to take individual homes for private developers and fuel gentrification in low-income neighborhoods. The bill was shelved after public outcry.​
